Donna at Aspen Grove couldn't give a hoot about service she just wants your hard earned money. I have been throughly disappointed after each stay my dogs had there. They want to do everything by website but haven't spent the money to update their website. You can't ever speak to a person, which is just concerning if you care about your dog. We had an international trip and Donna was so rude prior to my leaving my dogs there for 14 days that if I had anywhere else to place them I would have. She has laughed off my complaints to the BBB and Attorney General, take your dogs anywhere else but this well landscaped dump.

Do not patronize this place!!!
The owner has the worst possible people skills and apparently does not give a damn. Although the web site requires a 72-hour cancellation notice I gave an 8-day notice because of a health-related change of plans.
She refused to refund my deposit although I had just gotten off the phone with Holiday Inn Express giving me a “Thank you Sir and your reservations are cancelled with no penalty”
Donna is arrogant, rude and all about the money. Although we have used her for a number of years because we lived close, this time we traveled all the way across Roanoke for an earlier booking and stay. When I had to cancel this one there was no recognition of a long-term relationship that she might wish to preserve.
When I asked about my deposit if she filled that vacancy there was no reply.
We will never use then again and I warn others.

Owner has no good customer service skills. She is rude and a liar! My dog had a terrible time there and I was thoroughly displeased with the service!!
