Provided by YP.comI had an extremely disappointing experience with Data Retrieval, which resulted in lost time and business. The overall experience could have been salvaged if there was ANY response to my complaints regarding lack communication, miscommunication, billing, and shipping, but by doing nothing, management has shown its true colors.
The job was actually completed quickly and while it was in process, customer support and tech staff were responsive and helpful. However, as soon as the job was completed, everything else went drastically wrong. I fell for the aggressive sales tactics and paid the price. There are plenty of other, more reputable, companies out there for data recovery. My advice? Do some research and consider paying a little extra for doing business elsewhere.
