Dr. Frank graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, with a bachelors degree. He then attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned his Doctorate of Optometry. Today, Dr. Frank is an adjunct faculty member of the New England College of Optometry where he mentors the next generation of optometrists.Professionally speaking, Dr. Frank is a member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology, the American Optometric Association, and the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists.
