As the property manager of our apartment, Michael Foley entered without our permission. In addition, when he lost his copy of our apartment key, he opted to simply make a new copy rather than replacing the lock, placing our security at risk. He failed to take me seriously and replace the lock until I became angry with him. Awful awful property manager who completely lacks any sense of professional responsibility.
