Ray did an excellent job fixing our dishwasher and was very kind. He is professional and timely and very reasonably priced. He is also very honest. He couldn't positively diagnose the problem with my 20 year old refrigerator(beside it being "old". Instead of fixing a "possible" problem and charging me, he said he'd call me back. I asked him several times where to send a check for the house call and instead he said he'd call back and check on it. A couple weeks later I decided to buy new refrigerator. A few days later my dishwasher stopped working. I immediately called him instead of going with the repair guys Kitchen Aid was going to send out. I would trust him to do any appliance repair.
