Boulder Oaks Community Association (BOCA) is an RV resort located in the historic town of Boulder City in Clark County, Nevada. This prestigious resort has existed since the mid 1990’s. It is home to 274 RV lot owners who either occupy their lot or rent it out to other RVers. From many of the lots, there is a great view of Lake Mead and the Bootleg Canyon mountains. BOCA is for those who enjoy the RV lifestyle and want to own property in a resort.
