Founded in 1979 and located in Boulder, Colo., Boulder County Force Soccer Club, also known as BCF, is a nonprofit soccer organization that was formed by the merger of FC Boulder and Lobos Soccer Club. With more than 1,300 members, the organization offers various soccer programs for youths and adults. It also conducts workshops and seminars for coaches, players and parents. The organization publishes a guide book that provides information related to weight, aerobic and anaerobic training. BCF also offers specialized goalkeeper training program, as well as hosts various fundraising events. It organizes winter and summer camps and provides scholarships for disadvantaged families. The organization also participates in the Olympic Development Program, which prepares players for state, regional and national level soccer tournaments. The Boulder County Force Soccer Club is a member of the United States Youth Soccer Association.
