If you are shopping for a service agreement, make sure you read the infamous "What's not covered" section of the contract offered by ECM. When you see the extent of such exclusions you will likely see that list is MUCH longer than what really is covered. Even with upgraded options the exclsuions on the base coverage applies according to their contract dept. Great class action material.
