Have an issue with a package needing to get delivered and I was routed to the PHILIPPINES for customer assistance with this 800 number!!! Sorry, but they have no clue about rural delivery in Montana and in addition to leaving me on the phone for over 30 MINUTES!, they offered no assistance!
Please list a local number where we can get service!!

I desperately needed something from Amazon so paid extra to get into the 2-day window. When the web site said "a carrier delay has occurred" I asked the 1-800 line if I could call the local UPS office to sort through this and they said "no, we don't give out that number" (when I lived in Washington I didn't see these problems!). So changed deliver to local pickup and drove all the way cross town to find out they weren't open and that their hours are only 3PM to 6PM (Monday-Friday) - today is Saturday. Going to try on Monday. Talked to UPS agent who said I would have to work with Amazon on getting a refund on the 2-day shipping that UPS couldn't help me. Having said that I hope that the local Amazon delivery service that is starting up will work. Bozeman UPS just doesn't understand customer service and Amazon is right in doing their own service.

Worst service ever! Paid for 2 day air to arrive on Dec 22 and the package was on the truck for delivery. It did not get delivered because of "severe weather". Total hogwash! Fedex made a delivery; even the post office made a delivery! Now the package won't be here til after the Christmas holidays and because it is very perishable the contents will be ruined. No way to contact UPS at a local number and the 800 number connects you to India....like they can help with anything. If there was a negative star rating UPS would get it!

Seriously need to have a local number to call when issues with driver and/or delivery. When you call the 800# they will not help, they can only give you the exact same information seen when tracking online! This is crazy, I had an URGENT overnight package sent to me and now it's NOT being delivered as such, even though the website clearly states 'out for delivery'. This is NOT the first time this has happened, then when I do talk to someone the next day, by going to the distribution center locally, they say the driver must have missed the package on the truck, or the driver doesn't work past 7pm. HELLO, I would not have had something sent overnight if it wasn't urgently needed OVERNIGHT!

The rudest people in Bozeman and terrible customer service. They won't deliver packages to me in the winter because I live where it snows a lot. Fine, we told them we would pick up our packages at the main center on Simmental. Instead of calling us, they shipped many packages back to the original shipper claiming "natural disaster!" Are you kidding me? This is MT, it snows here. Minus 5 stars.

Hate to be another person that only writes when somethings gone wrong (prior to now they've been good) but my UPS driver delivered ALL my Christmas presents for my family to another address. I would love to be able to point out to my driver where he went wrong but UPS doesn't allow direct contact (easily anyway) with a dispatch or driver manager. What can Brown do for you? Obviously it's not customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never received such poor customer service as I did at the UPS Customer Center in Bozeman. I have never sent a package via UPS before, and the lady treated my like I was an idiot when I said, "I'd like to mail this." She shoved a tape gun at me and left the office. I wish I had asked for her name and made an official complaint to the manager; she was very unprofessional.

I was standing on my front stoop at 1500 this afternoon when the UPS truck drove by, no attempt was made to stop or make delivery, The drivers comment is an outright lie. I am outraged at this type of extra cost service. R. A. Shaw
