Horrible Experience

A week ago saturday I went to this site for blood work. I asked that a small needle be used. The response was that he didn't believe in using the small needle or the butterfly. He took the blood his way. That day, my inner arm swelled up and developed an enormous black and blue wound which has only just begun to fade. My arm is painful and sensitive. I don't know the name of the phlebotomist, but I would never go back there.
