We called Eurosweep to install a chimney cover and flashing because squirrels were getting into the chimney and getting trapped by our water heater (very exciting releasing them, let me tell you). The serviceman took before pictures to show us the issues with our chimney, suggested an inexpensive additional repair (our roofer hadn't replaced the flashing around the chimney when they redid the roof, and it could leak), showed us an after picture, and checked the inside our chimney connections where he pulled out a squirrel we missed, and who had perished as a result. Price was absolutely right, service was terrific, and I wouldn't hesitate to call EUROSWEEP with any future chimney needs.

I would highly recommend this company. First of all when you call there is someone there to answer the phone, not an answering service or voice mail. The woman I talked to over the phone was very versed and knowledgeable about the industry and it's guidelines. They came out when they said they would to do the work and on time. I was given a competitive quote for the work. Anthony, who came to my house to do the estimate and the work was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to my wife and me is simple terms. He took digital photos of all the work and explained each step of the process as he went along. I need work on another chimney and plan on having Eurosweep do all the work as well as maintain the chimney in the future. I had a chimney rebuilt from the roof line up and a new liner put in another one. The existing liner was too small for my new furnace. Anthony noticed this on his inspection and sure enough there it was in writing on the furnace,something I never noticed.

staff called asking permission to show up early...upon arrival very professional, explained and showed exactly what was going to happen. the technician took pictures of every step. i would definitely recommend.

Horrible company to do business with. Dishonest and un-professional. They don't back the products they sell. Be careful, they over charge for services not performed. Quality of workmanship is poor. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Shop around, there are plently of quaility and reputible companies in the greater Boston area.
