I Purchased my mother a gift for a manicure and pedicure at this establishment for the holidays. They were rude to my mother. they did not acknowledge her when she walk in and when she told them she had a appointment, they told her they would be with her after the person they where with. They left her hanging for over a hour after her appointment with no explanation on why she had to wait so long. finally my Mother chose the leave this establishment. I would not even rate this place a one star.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and meticulous in their barber skills. The shop is almost like a piece of southern Americana, don't be fooled by the visual aspect of this shop. The barbers are true professionals and it is obvious they are highly trained and skilled in their craft. The only constructive criticism is the "cash only", but, I get it... credit cards gouge the heck out of small business for fees, so bring cash!
