I was at this storage unit way before Istorage took over. It has went downhill since then. They keep changing the prices almost every 6 months with little notifications. I just found out that they let someone go and was told that he had my personal information (including my credit card information) in a briefcase and had been carrying it around for for years now without my knowledge. For years, they have just automatically taken out my payment. Yesterday I noticed that the payment wasn't taken out and I tried to contact them and their voicemail was full. I finally go ahold of someone today and was informed that they did't take my payment out because they didn't know. I am very upset because now I am getting a late fee because they didn't let me know they weren't doing this service anymore. The man said he called me and left a voicemail, but my phone shows neither of these. When I questioned him about this, he said to think what I wanted to think. Very unprofessional place and I am removing my stuff ASAP. RUDE RUDE RUDE!! They charged me a $30 plus late fee for something that was out of my control. Refused to allow me to speak to a manager. I even called the 1800 and they were the same way.
