Founded in 1971, Pinelake Church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. The church operates various ministries for children, women, homebound individuals, students and adults. Pinelake Church conducts Sunday morning classes in Bible studies for adults of all ages. The church also operates a choir that serves more than 200 individuals. Its children s ministry provides child care, classes in Bible studies and several activities up to the age of 10. In addition, it has an elementary ministry that offers upward basketball and cheerleading. Pinelake Church offers several instruments, including drums, bass, percussions, keyboards, pianos and strings for instrumentalists to serve. Its band plays a diverse field of styles, such as pop, rock, jazz, country, folk, funk and gospel. Pinelake Church maintains a location in Brandon, Miss.
