Provided by YP.comI went through the drive through and ordered coffee and sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin. I was given my coffee and asked to pull forward. I waited 14 minutes after having to go in myself., They did not even know what I ordered. The manager asked what I ordered. I directed her to the order taker, who did not have a clue. I was not offered money back nor my food. I was already late for work.
