This is the worst place I've ever seen. They make you feel like prisoner's of war just like you have a number on your forehead. Every time you call to get a script filled it takes two or three more calls two get it straight. I've had three maybe four doctors bye now and I've only met two of them. Plus it cost me a lot of extra money now since they enacted this new law for controlled substances. ,$50 dollar's for and office visit plus 60 miles round trip. When you live on a fix income this does not have my well being in mind just lining their pockets more

I hate my doc at this va.(dr lippert) he has done nothing but degrade me!!! Front desk when you walk in are to busy shopping on computer. I feel like a number at this va

Very rude to me and my wife at the va in branson mo. As I came from iowa to live with my family after iraq. it was a up hill battle from there. My iowa va was great and also my primary care doctor was outstanding. After my appt dr Lippert set my next appt a year away. I felt lost and cannot afford a real doctor. I ft he didnt even want tosee me or he was late for golf or ssomething. Va won't Change doc for me. Im 70% disabled. Please help
