Vincent at Security Public Storage played a very important part in getting me the right storage unit and helping me with moving in the unit. He is very knowledgeable, courtesy, and kind. He did all he could do to fix my problem. If I have to get a storage again I would work with Vincent. He is very professional & he can handle difficulties in the company.
Because they way Vincent helped me, and assured me that my items would be secured at Security Public Storage. I went a head and took Vincent's word and rented the storage unit. He helped me get the right storage unit . Thank you again Vincent for All your help in a stressful moment. Vincent I hope you get promoted in the company. Your are a very valuable person to have Security Public Storage. Thank you again I would use this company because of you & Edgar.

Amazing place and people!!

We are storing our entire household at Security until we can move in to our new house in April. We found this business to be easy to work with and affordable. The storage units are clean and well secured. I was impressed that one of the managers called me to let me know I put my lock on wrong and was not secured, found during one of their inspections. Overall, we are very happy with this facility.

The experience Ive had with Security Public Storage has been one of the most bizarre and worrisome ever encountered. The first 3 months I was unable to enter my unit due to an extremely large beehive located up under my unit. The cavalcade of errors committed by a business just to get an exterminator out was fascinating. Unfortunately, a couple of my kids larger Christmas Presents had been in there. My frustration and bewilderment were at an all time high. Finally they coordinated their schedules to get that exterminator out. (in fairness, they did comp me for my inconvenience.) Now 2 months later, Ive attempted to use their website to pay and the site had errors and wouldn't allow payment, I called them multiple times and provided proof of everything and then finally got into the site, which then said I was locked out and I couldn't pay thru the site. I call and now I owe lien payments and late fees and they inform me I must pay all of these payments, which are ridiculous fees that businesses tack on for basically doing normal business procedure, plus the next month in full. I have yet to see anything run smoothly at this business they are now refusing my payment for one month even tho the due date for the second month has yet to arrive. The gentleman who helped me on the phone seemed to take glee in explaining that they deem him unable to process partial payments. I'll probably end up paying even though as a customer all we want is for things to work in the field that your company chose to do business in. If the consumer accepts this below mediocre way of doing business, then we deserve the customer service we are given.

Very nice people clean facility security 24/7 on site management

I feel at peace knowing that my personal belongings are in good hands. Moon and staff keep the area clean and free of clutter. This storage facility is easy to drive around. Very happy

Hands down the best storage facility we've ever done business with. We've never had any issues with this location, staff is always super helpful. A little pricey but total worth it. I know my belonging are safe and secure.

We recently sold our house and in process of finding another. We talked to every other storage company in the area and Security Public Storage was by far the most competitively priced. They also have a ton of units and the location is hidden enough for it to be safer than others from burglaries. Service was great and they also gave us a great discount for the initial 6 months with no contract, just month to month. We're fans!
