They refused to rent me a car because I'm a start at home mother and I don't have (currently) a car. Well, a month ago my car was stolen! I needed to rent a car to get to my father's funeral, but Enterprise didn't care and were extremely rude. I am very emotionally damaged over this exchange and will NEVER rent from this company again.

Never use this place again. I had gotten t-boned, and this is where the insurance company sent me. Terrible customer service, rude. No ethics or standards whatsoever. Screw this place. They kicked me when I was down, repeatedly. And that was when I needed them the most.
