just went there today for my fitting and my gown is ruined, way to short and there is no way to take the hem down, also the top was taken in 2 inches instead of out 2 inches. I am so upset my wedding is 4 weeks away and now I have to buy a new gown...The owner acted like it was my fault and I did not tell them what I wanted...I am so upset I can't stop crying they ruined everything for my special day.

Fast Tailoring is Fast, but they sacrifice quality for speed. I'm very unhappy with the way my dress was altered. My gown went from being a beautiful gown to a dress once they got their hands on it. I was really surprised because word of mouth said they were pretty good. I would advise anyone looking for a tailor, even for minor alterations, to look elsewhere. Despite the mistake on their part, the owner attempted to make the mistakes my fault, and then attempted to lie that those "weren't her seams" when it was plainly obvious they were indeed her stitches. Please look elsewhere. Please.
