I called Sunday night but they were closed. They called me back twice the following day before noon and had me come down and was able to get what I wanted. Great customer service and they are all about pleasing their clients. I'll recommend them to anyone. I'm even going back Friday to get a 12 year old tat some new life. i'm not one to write a review but due to the fact that some say their rude or bad customer service. its hard to believe cause not one time did they have an attitude with anyone even if their questions were as dumb as a doorknob!

Very good customer service and helpful as well as informative. The artists showed remarkable skills in creating masterpieces out of their tattoos.
