I made an appointment 3 wks in advance to see my regular doctor. I get to my appointment and my dr was moved to another location for the day. None of my medical concerns could be address by Dr. Neema because she has never seened me before. She went on to say I was a complete waste of her time! I could not believe her audacity. I used a vacation day from work to be treated so disrespectfully. As she stormed out the room she tells her assistant to take her time that I could wait! I've never been so insulted. My insurance pays top dollar for my visits. I was able to get the appointment voided. Never again arrogant, unprofessional, insensitive.
