EmailEstablished in 1865 by the Funk family, the funeral home has operated out of the former G.W. Mitchell home since 1944. There have been two large additions to the Victorian style home in 1960 and 1984 in order to accommodate large wakes and funerals. The funeral home has been operated by the Duhaime family since 1980.
