Daniel J. Berger is a board certified primary care physician at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Bristol. Dr. Berger graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine, attended residency at Oklahoma University, practiced 5 years in Oklahoma, and then returned to family and friends in northern Indiana where he has practiced the last 14 years. For more than 14 years he has demonstrated his commitment to bringing quality care and service to the community by taking on leadership roles through chairing several committees at Goshen Health before serving a term as president of the medical staff, serving a term as president for Goshen Physicians and having been a member of Bashor Children’s Home Board of Directors. He continues to serve Bashor Children’s Home as the medical physician.
