Hired company for 2 moves. Prices are competitive and items shipped on time. However, upon inspection of the items following the second move, we discovered a number of our boxes were missing and a number of items that were not in boxes were severely damaged. Also, employees of company, with shocking stupidity, actually wrote the name of the State we moved to, in large 10" letters -- in permanent red marker -- on the surface of a number of these items, which has rendered them useless. The company also flat-out refuses to make a good faith effort to resolve our claim.
