I had a bad week for my personal car, and that really stressed me out, but the people at AutoZone were absolutely top notch in every way while dealing with me. I needed an alternator, they not only located it quickly, but delivered it right to my door, and at a great price. Just as luck would have it, it wasn't working properly, and they promptly got me another replacement. They apologized about that, and smiled the whole while, then helped me get up and running again. The whole gang there made me feel like an old friend, and that they sincerely wanted to help me out. I'll definitely come back to them the next time I need something else. It was a bad car experience turned around by outstanding customer service. I really appreciate how well I was taken care of. Shop AutoZone in Bristol, TN !!!
