Been going there for 4 years now. We have never had to cancel a reservation. But this year, we had to cancel one of 3 sites that we reserved. Cancellation was made on 30th of June, well within the guideline for a refund minus a 19% service charge. We are still waiting for our refund.

Can't get a return phone call, email or anything from anyone. And the fax number no longer works. This is the first time we have had problems, but it strange. So just be careful.
