Cindy McCarty ( broker ) and Kim Fox ( sales associate ) are a mother and daughter team giving you the best service from a family owned and operated business. We are the daughter and granddaughter of Zane Tollis who opened his real estate office in 1952 and moved to Broadview Heights in 1960. He built Ohio's first condominiums on Tollis Parkway. Our office is still at that same location at 8710 Broadview Road and we are the oldest real estate office in Broadview Heights. We are full time, experienced and knowledgeable about the area, school districts and are active in the community. Our goal is to give you the best service possible.
