Lofton has been my counselor for quite a while now. He is a very positive, down-to-earth person. He has helped me through some devastating losses. I feel safe in his office. I don't worry that what I say will be minimized or discounted, nor blown out of proportion. He is honest, but not brutally so. Lofton has a deep understanding of symptomology and helps me understand what drives my behaviors. Though he is flexible and adaptive to my needs, he is not a pushover. Lofton uses my strengths to help me expand my horizons.



Lofton has flexible hours and is always on time. He is easy to reach.



Lofton's office is in a beautiful, historic house. It is warm and inviting. The other practitioners in Springbrook Wellness and Counseling are welcoming and friendly.
