I'm sorry you were not able to get your device repaired on Monday. Our distributor showed the part in stock and ready to ship. We did not get a reply back from our distributor until Monday morning stating they were out of stock and would not have new stock for a week. Stock issues are rare but do happen. We go out of our way to take care of our customers but some things are out of our control. Some times we have to run errands first thing Monday morning so we are sorry we missed you.

Went to this company on Saturday in need of a cell phone repair. Was told the part would be ordered and be there on Monday. Went to drop off the phone on Monday morning after the store was supposed to open and it was not open. Had to make a separate trip back to the store later in the day. Man working there had not ordered the part and said it wouldn't be there for at least a week. There was no indication that this would be the case on Saturday. Woman clearly stated it could be ordered that day and fixed on Monday. Man working lacks customer service. He does not really seem to care if customers are treated well or at all. Will not be coming back to this store nor recommending it to anyone.
