This is the worst postal service ever. The lady Lisa that does delivery is the best but the guy call Grant that covers for her when she is off is horrible, unprofessional and lazy. He never come upstairs to deliver packages he rings your bell numerous times ask you to come down for your packages that is unacceptable. There are many elderly residents in coop city I know that because I also work as a visiting nurse in the neighborhood so with this Grant guy not delivery packages to the apartments of this elderly residents most of them will not receive medications or medical suppliers timely. This is cruel. I watch him on the camera he (Grant) rings the bell waits and if you do not come down he walks towards the elevator and stands there so he will claim that he came up but you were not home. I reported him to the manager. I hope something is done to make it right.

This place is horrible there's a Chinese woman there who's really nasty and a Afro American woman, just nasty!! Need to learn to speak to customers!
