Spent 16K on appliances. Love my Thermador appliances. Like the team. Stacie is excellent at getting back to the client with details. The other team members are less responsive. Had multiple problems with the installation. Still waiting...since a Dec. 21st install for them to come out and fix the vent system. Thermador said that it was damaged in installation and now it is between me and S and R. S and R keeps saying they will call me back. The vent has a large scratch and does not go up and down. Be careful here.
