I can state from experience from Joe and the Humenik staff handling the arrangements for my Dad and Mom that I would go no where else but Humenik and work with Joe and his staff. Professionalism at its best. Treated with respect, empathy and most of all understanding and patience. I never felt rushed in making two funeral arrangements. I was always provided complete and precise information before making any decision. I was told repeatedly to take my time. My Dad and Mom were both buried at Rittman which is about a 30 minute drive. The procession there and back was handled with safety and respect. Joe and the Humenik staff were awesome. Never once was there anyone standing over me - but they were standing with me to console and comfort. Emotions are overwhelming at this time of any family. My heart was aching for my loss, but the Humenik family eased that pain. Thank you Joe, Matt and Mary Lou for being there during the worse time of my life. You were angels from above.

NOT what a funeral home should be. We were treated in a condescending manner from the first contact. No follow through. When we had questions regarding services, billing or basic information there was little to no compassion or professionalism, simply Matt replying "I answered your question"
