I found this business and was so impressed with their customer service and they did a great job on my car and made the process feel easy. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a great place to get their car fixed!

I took my Honda passport fora check engine light service and I paid over 3000 and my car still have same problem. They keep replacing part and charge me for it . They wanted me to return to look at it again I told them no. you guys keep taking all my money and replacing parts I don't need . They all theifs with legal business. I reported them to triple BBB. but they did anythning still to this day I'm paidinf off my repair bill that already hurt me.

I used Randy's for quite of bit of work on my older (2001) car and thought they were very helpful and fair. I recommend Randy's.

The staff at Randys Auto and Randy himself have been so helpful in my project of restoring my 1971 Land Cruiser. Not only are they helpful and knowledgeable in servicing of old relics like this but I would not hestitate to take my 2007 Ford and 2006 Honda to them instead of the dealership because they tell the truth and fix what needs to be fixed. They are polite and kind with honest service and fantastic prices. I plan on being a customer for a very long time - I recommend them to everyone!

I really appreciate how Randy's auto treats the customer. They always present the issue clearly so even someone like myself can understand the problem and when possible, they provide alternative ways to solve the problem based on my time, budget and overall condition of the vehicle. The mechanics know their stuff and as a single woman who knows very little about cars and feels like the auto industry has taken advantage of that over the years, I trust that the advice and recommendations from Randy's Auto are in my best interest and are accurate assessments of the car repairs I need. The staff and mechanics reach out to me personally before any work is performed and if the situation changes, I am always informed of any new issues that arise so that together we can prioritize the most urgent need. Based on the number of customers Randy's Auto services, the time to repair seems reasonable.
