great company would recommend it to my family and friends

If I could give Sid a "0" I would. I found him to be extremely dishonest and lied constantly. We were told by Sid that we need a base on our furnace so that our house would not burn down and a plaster trim kit. After the installation was done, I questioned him that I did not see evidence of the base or trim kit. He said the base was internal to the unit??? I called the manufacturer who stated that they only suggest a metal plate for when installed on anything other than wood. We have wood floors. They also said a trim kit is not used unless the unit is recessed. Ours is not. It is worth using another service who is more trustworthy and honest!
