For over 30 years, Hospice of the Golden Isles has been serving our 5-county area as the only full service, not-for-profit hospice. Since 1980, we have cared for our friends and neighbors in the Glynn, Brantley, McIntosh, Camden and Charlton County communities of southeast coastal Georgia, regardless of ability to pay. With deep roots in the Golden Isles community, our professional staff of physicians, registered nurses, LPNs, certified nursing assistants, social workers, musical therapists and chaplains are experts in end-of-life care, offering family and caregiver support, non-medical therapies and bereavement services. We care for our patients wherever they reside, including our community-based inpatient unit and our residential facility located on the beautiful grounds of Hospice of the Golden Isles.
