I have had them clean slacks just fine, but I will not return. Expensive suit jackets (purchased at Dillard's) I dropped off in good condition came back with a lot of puckering, and the buttons appeared melted a little. When I addressed this with the manager, she implied that I had ironed them, and remained adamant that 1) this was not their fault, and 2)she wasn't going to do anything about it. Long story short, I have done some research on the matter (because I know I have never taken an iron to the jackets, I just wanted them fixed), and I feel that this franchise may not use the most currently used chemicals or methods of dry cleaning. If you cared enough to spend more money upfront, you may want to spend a little more on the cleaning on the garment elsewhere. I won't return.



The Benton and Bryant branches are supposed to be owned by the same people.

I have done business with Comet for 13 years and have had great service until I have moved to Bryant! I always used the Benton location, until now and the girl that works the front is the rudest person I have ever met. She will not speak and is completely inconsiderate. I spend over $200.00+ per month and will not return to do business with them again. I am in management with a top ten company in Arkansas and the Country; I hope and pray my employees DO NOT treat customers that way! Pro Cleaners is a lot nicer anyway!
