If I could give them a zero, I would. The store was in shambles. We suspended our transaction and returned to finish. We waited in line 30 min, then the register we were not on became available. I told the lady that I had a suspended transaction on the other register. So, she proceeded to take another customer. This continued for another 30 minutes. Finally, after there was no one else in line she tells me that she can actually handle my transaction. I told her if it had not taken my daughter 4 hours throughout the mall, I would have left that purchase there. She proceeded to tell me about the Rue 21 bucks, I told her ma'am I don't m any harm but I will not be back after your actions today. I was utterly floored.
