Steve helped me IMMENSELY with my project - he had the parts I needed and took extra time to show me how to do it correctly, including some little tricks that made all the difference. True I do work on vehicle on the street. I have been installing car electronics since 1989. I may not remember everyone but I have not had anyone return multiple times for the same problem that I could not fix.

If you experience problems with anyone's work you should make the business aware of the problem and allow a honest attempt to correct the problem.

When looking for a product talk to the sales person or installer. If you do not feel good about the deal walk away. And if the sales person or installer is not willing to look your vehicle over, what service are you getting? I will give you 10 minutes of my time to look over any problem you have be it my work or someone else's. Anyone in town do that?

I bought my Car DVD monitors in Spokane on Friday December 21st before heading to Butte MT to visit Family for the weekend. Unfortunately I was not able to find anyone in Spokane to install them before we left for our trip. I called Uptown Auto Sound & Security and left a message on Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon I received a return call from Steve and told him I wanted these installed ASAP to surprise my kids before heading back to Spokane on Monday morning December 24th. Steve agreed to do the install on Sunday evening. I got My car back and he did a great job. The kids were so happy and it looks great!!! I will consider Steve for any future car audio/video needs. Thanks Steve!
