No local phone number available, cannot talk to anyone without walking into the store. Cannot let me talk to anyone in US due to disclosure of info rules. I need a phone battery. They pulled up all of my info and confirmed warranty but put on hold for 27 minutes to be told i needed to bee transferred to another department and you guessed i was cut off!!

Was told that my phone had a 30 day warranty. 4 days after i bought a new phone the screen went out on the front of the phone. Was told screen was cracked not under warranty and have to buy another phone at full price if I didn't buy the extra insurance plan $50 extra with the plan and can't get another after a year. Do your self a favor go some place else.
