Nickels Intermediate School provides educational classes to students in grades five and six. The school has a guidance counselor that serves as a consultant to teachers and parents by providing information that assists in meeting academic and emotional needs of students. It operates a library media center that supports the school curriculum and assists students in the use of current and appropriate information, as well as encourages reading as a lifetime activity. Nickels Intermediate School s curriculum includes various subjects, such as computer applications, language arts, math, science, social studies, technology, English and physical education.
