Unbelievable what a sorry sorry ass hospital peach country is my wife who is a chemo patient spent over 4 hours in the waiting room doubled up in pain and 6 hours in the e.r. and they done nothing at all to make her feel better I brought her home feeling just as bad as she felt going in all them sorry asses can rot in hell !!!!!!! Peach country hospital was a shirt hole in fort valley and it's still a shit hole.i told them they need to shut this hole down and get a job flipping burgers that's all there good for. I hope they don't expect to get paid for this

My husband had a procedure done in November of 2014. Today July 14, 2015, I receive a bill from Patient Accounts Bureau saying my account has been turned over to them as a delinquent collection. This is the FIRST bill I have received concerning this amount. It is for $25. If The Medical Center of Peach County had bothered to send me one bill in the past 8 months this would have been taken care of. If the billing department is this screwed up, it makes me have doubts about the whole place. Will never use this hospital again.

Unprofessional and rude desk staff. I called in regards to a letter i received directing me to go there for an x-ray. They did not understand what it was asking for after I read it verbatim and transferred me several times until one of them just hung up on me without saying anything. I called them back and suggested they call the referring doctor to clarify the order and the lady rudely and arrogantly stated that since I was coming to them requesting the work they wouldn't call. She also stated that I was threatening them just for suggesting they call the doctor to clarify something they don't understand since I didn't understand it either (I'm not a medical professional). She then tried to get apologetic when I asked her to explain how what I said was a threat. I hope this is just how they treat phone calls and not serious medical conditions once they are dealing with them face to face.

Peach county hospital is a great hospital. Staff friendly and very caring. Your health is number one to them. From the E.R to inpatient care is number one to me.
