I first stored some of my household goods and furniture in a regular storage unit and did not complain when some of the stuff was chewed on by rats and I took roaches home in my stuff and spent lots to get rid of them. But then I rented a supposed climate controlled unit and my rugs melted together, rats still ate up my cloth stuff, roaches were in my belongings, and to top it all off the girl I had to deal with said they would do nothing about my stuff being ruined. I asked who the owner was so I could talk to him about the problems, and she said she would not tell me his name. Do NOT do business with this place unless you want your belongings ruined and get poor customer service. I will be calling BBB today. People like this should not be in business.
