Elaine was rude both times were in there. She failed to tell us information. Told us once we got something taken care of then could get a checking and savings, then after got it taken care she said could only do savings. She had taken our money before we were completely approved. Then called us half an hour later saying come back you weren't approved . Will never bank with them due to staff. Very disappointed
