Very nice people and place to take your animals. Always friendly and accommodating. They do a great job with grooming also. Highly recommended.

Do not go here. We asked for lodging of our dog for 2 days. We were told we could not pick up our dog until 2:00 on Sunday. She went and charged up a extra day because she was not available until after 1200 not good :(

Used this kennel during the 4th of July holiday period – 4 days in all. Prior to dropping the dogs off I had sent a message through their Facebook page asking if I had the correct fax #, never heard back from them but figured it was ok since I would have the medical files with me. Upon drop off we were not given a tour or walk through of the facilities. Given one of the dogs had never been boarded before, for our peace of mind it would have been nice if this was offered. We were almost leaving when I asked about how often they would be let out, it wasn't until I asked that they said for $5 they would let them out for 30 minutes. Glad I asked! Seems this would be something they publish or let owners know about. While we were gone we had no updates how they were doing. This was ok as I don't fully expect them to give updates but it would be nice. Upon pick up the dogs were clean but 1 of the 2 beds was absolutely soaked in urine. Not sure when it happened but not thrilled that for potentially days the dogs had a urine soaked bed in with them. The bed smelled horrible and had to be bagged up to even get home. We had also taken 2 different containers of food and it appears they just used one of the containers to feed both dogs, not the worst thing to happen but never good to feed a dog a brand they aren't used to. I will say that the people were nice but the bed issue to me seems a little inexcusable.

As a first time user of this kennel I can honestly say I won't be back due to the above stated reasons.

I have left my dogs there every summer during our vacation for yerars-they always come home happy and healthy

they do a very good job . the employees there you can tell they really like what they do. they treat your pet like one of their own
