This is NOT a CORPORATE store.They are PRIVATELY owned and make money on marked-up T-Mobile devices and plans. They're very deceptive and don't even have mock-ups of phones to display. They tried to sell my boyfriend and me a 3G plan for our S5's which they said was MANDATORY but that we could call T-Mobile the next day and change it to 1G, which we did and were told by T-Mobile that the Cambridge store was wrong in telling people they have to sign for 3G. Told me my S5 would be overnighted but when it didn't arrive, told me it was backordered a week, which they knew when they said they'd "overnight" it (charged me the overnight fee but didn't tell me) My boyfriend straightened everything out, I got my phone from the Blaine store the next day, but Cambridge wouldn't cancel my order then told me I had to come in, p/u the phone and rtn it to T-Mobile myself or be charged $650 for phone. My boyfriend called corporate, the rep is reporting this store and reviewing their license.
