I would give a zero if it was available.

After having Zach examine my son, he told my wife and I that it was ok to take my son on vacation. We decided to go against his advise and two days later my son had to be life flighted to the Cleveland Clinic AND he almost died on the flight deck waiting for the helicopter.

We NEVER heard back from him.

He shouldn't be seeing patients or in the medical field.
