I am always skeptical of repair shops, especially when computers are involved, however I received quality service from PC101 that extended even after my computer was fixed. Charles kept in mind the budget I had to spend and walked me through all options available. After my repair, he took additional time to answer all my questions on AC adapters and even directed me to alternate vendors once he discovered they were out of stock. Thank you Charles for taking time with me and not overcharging. I will be back again if ever I need computer help again!



PC101 is my first choice for computer repair and parts and I recommend them to anyone who has had a previous bad experience that needs to be remedied.
