have shopped here on several occasions, always satisfied and save tons of money buying refurbished instead of new,

My laptop wasn't turning on. these guys told me my motherboard was bad on my laptop and it would cost more to fix than its worth ($550). I ended up having to pay $60 "diagnostics fee" to get told some bs. Went to the computer shop next door icomputers and they fixed it for $100 said something about connectors or harnesses?? i don't know but i was very happy it was fixed and didn't have to buy a new laptop. still works great 2 months after!

I agree with the other customer. They give unreasonable estimates regarding they time frames for repair and dont even give you a curtesy call or status update if it takes longer than than they anticipated. This place has the worst customer service ever. I wouldn'r recommend this place to anyone

This place is a total rip off. I paid $150 for them to fix my computer and when I got it back it was worse off then before I took it in. Nothing would download including antivirus protection and when I took it back in they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to take care of it myself. I would not recomend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!
