I took my car to ajs because they had a good review and were close to my house. After having my car a week, they reattached a vacuum line and put carb cleaner in the car, telling me it SHOULD improve. It didnt. I took it back that monday, and was informed it needed the carburetor rebuilt. That was 3 weeks ago. They screen phone calls and wont answer unless i call from an unknown number asking about the status of car, when i get thru, i am told it will be ready that day or the next. Ive been told this ten + times already. He left a message saying he would give me a discount, probably because he had my car so long, but i need car, discounts dont help when my kids are sick or we have no food. My advice, stick to the backyard mechanic or find somewhere else to go. This place is nothing but a rip off.
