I've visited Fazoli's twice this year. On one occasion, I found a cockroach in my food, and, on the other, I got food poisoning. The manager I dealt with after my latest unfortunate experience with Fazoli's was rude and unhelpful, and conducted herself with the demeanor of a high school student.
